Feeding your doubts: "She started that business, the same time as me! See, I'm not good at this business thing"
Brewing Fear: "I HAVE to post or SHOW UP on social media today or my engagement will go down"
Turning into an Idol: "Open app countless times during the day. Scrolling to see what others are doing. Searching for content or newest trends you need to get on. While pushing aside intimate time with your family, your friends, yourself & other things that would provide more fulfillment in your lives"

I was resistant to any Social Media Fasting because I was in Fear that my business would not survive. It was where I built great relationships, learned a lot about branding and marketing and shared my tips and tricks.
But I was invited to do a Spiritual Fast, when I would not be "Giving Up Social Media", instead I Replaced it with more....

You have your CORE subjects & Curriculum, but one of following creeps in:

Doubt: Am I doing Enough for my Kids? = I need more

Comparison: I saw her kids were so successful with that curriculum = maybe I'll try it too

Collector: It worked for my older kid, so I'll Keep it for my younger kid = holding on to too many books not sure
Solution

Do an Assessment to Check kid's progress- Adjust with what you have. If need more, then look into other options

Does your Current Curriculum work with your kid's learning style- go back to #1

Only hold on if you know for SURE you will use it. If your kid's have very different Learning Styles- resell it & find a curriculum that'll work for your younger
