Do you feel like Social Media is causing more harm than good in your life? (It was for me- to the point that I secretly had a fear that my business wouldn't grow without it!)
Maybe you have a fear-based or co-dependent relationship with social media too. It could look like...
Comparing lives: "I wish we could do things like her and her family"
Feeding your doubts: "She started that business, the same time as me! See, I'm not good at this business thing"
Brewing Fear: "I HAVE to post or SHOW UP on social media today or my engagement will go down"
Turning into an Idol: "Open app countless times during the day. Scrolling to see what others are doing. Searching for content or newest trends you need to get on. While pushing aside intimate time with your family, your friends, yourself & other things that would provide more fulfillment in your lives"
I'll talk about 2 SIMPLE ways that can Prevent this from happening again (& shockingly it doesn't involve a system lol)
